At Haul-Pro KC, we are committed to providing transparency in our pricing to serve our customers better. Below are the details of our payment & refund policy:

Deposits 

For certain deliveries, a non-refundable deposit will be required. The remaining payment will be collected in person at the time of delivery prior to dumping.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and others.

Online Orders 

If you place an order online, you can obtain a full refund prior to the pickup of the material.

Cancellation Before Dumping

If the customer decides they do not want the product prior to the material being dumped at the worksite or property, the customer will not be charged the full amount, but will still incur the delivery fee. Once the material has been dumped at the site, no refunds will be available. However, materials can be returned for a fee.

Payment Prior to Dumping

All payments must be made before dumping material at the worksite or property. This excludes specific services such as concrete curbing and stepping stone installation.

Deliverable Materials

Aggregate landscape materials for delivery include, but are not limited to, rock, mulch, dirt, and sand.
