Thank you for choosing Haul-Pro KC for your landscape material hauling needs. To ensure transparency, we’ve outlined our delivery pricing structure below:
Standard Delivery Zone (Up to a 20-mile radius)
• $75 per delivery up to 2.5 tons or 2 cubic yards, $100 per delivery over 2.5 tons or 2 cubic yards
• Delivery times may vary based on schedule availability.
Extended Delivery Zone (20 to ~50-mile radius)
• Variable Rate: Starting at $150+ per delivery
• Pricing depends on distance, load size, and accessibility.
• A custom quote will be provided upon order confirmation.
Additional Notes:
• Delivery fees are separate from material costs.
• For locations beyond our extended zone, please contact us for a personalized estimate.

Delivery Process
Our delivery service offers a flat-rate fee per trip, with a maximum weight limit of 7 tons per delivery. We proudly serve the KC metro and beyond, with most orders delivered within 2 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the location and weather.
Deliveries are made to the base of your property line or typically placed on your driveway. For larger rock (over a 2 inches in size), we recommend choosing a dirt or grass area for the drop-off to protect your driveway from potential damage. If the delivery is on grass or dirt, we strongly suggest using a tarp. A standard 10’ x 10’ tarp is suitable for most loads and can be added to your order for an additional fee.
Special Delivery Instructions:
If you require a specific drop-off location on your property, a contractor or property owner must be present to direct the driver. For deliveries beyond the curb line, a signed liability waiver will be required.
Safety First:
For the safety of both you and our team, the driver has the final discretion on whether a particular delivery location is safe or suitable for unloading.
